1. Jimmering the Polls

Cougar Nation’s fandom was on full display this spring in multiple Twitter poll contests. BYU finished (a controversial) second place in FOX Sports’ College Basketball Ultimate Fan bracket and helped vote Cosmo the winner of the SiriusXM Mascot Championship. Of course, Cosmo himself had something to do with it, including a dance video seen more than 33 million times across all platforms and a three-point dunk that was featured on SportsCenter and just about every sports highlight account there is.
